LET’S TALK
Henry had heard all his life that when he got to heaven, he would receive eternal life. So he put up with every sickness and lived in a deplorable state, all due to this wrong thinking pattern. It was not until he went for a crusade that he heard the truth that eternal life wasn’t a promise from God in the sweet by-and-by. It’s something He’d already given to him for FREE! And things went uphill for him, from that day.
The Bible says, “…the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23). That gift has been freely given to everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ (John 3:16). Eternal life or everlasting life doesn’t just mean an unending life; it includes that, and much more. It’s actually the nature of God; it is the very life that God has. That is the life that Jesus brought to the world; He came that we might have life to the full (John 10:10).
The vibrant, glorious transcendent life of God in its fullness is what Jesus brought, and if you believe in Him, that’s what you’ve received into your spirit. You don’t have to “feel” it in your body first to be conscious that you have eternal life; it’s there in your spirit.
That’s why the Apostle John thought it necessary to remind God’s children to be conscious that they have eternal life (1 John 5:13). The life in you is incorruptible—it can’t be tainted, defiled or corrupted by sickness, disease, failure, death or the devil. Your consciousness of it in you will control the decisions you make, and the things that happen with and around you. This is why I’m urging you today to be conscious of the divine life of God that’s in you.

I have the miracle-life of God in me; it can’t be defiled, tainted or corrupted by sickness, disease, failure, death or the devil! It’s the superior and incorruptible life of God that makes me “uninfectable,” undefeatable and supernatural! Hallelujah.
