Today’s memory verse is telling you to yield yourself to the love of God in your heart. In other words, let all your actions and choice of words be motivated by God’s love.
The love of God is the most powerful force in the world. I’m not talking about any love, but that which is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Romans 5:5 says, “…the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” God’s love is stronger than hate, pain and any form of evil. It can melt the hardest of hearts or change the worst of situations.
When you’re guided by love, you’ll be able to see others the way God sees them, with the eyes of love, and your words will produce results and all your actions will reveal God’s character and His will all the time. Hallelujah!
