Say these words after me and mean them with your heart. Say, ‘My body is not sustained by blood but by the power of the Holy Spirit who lives in me. My health flourishes from one level of glory to another. Daily, my blood is purified by the Holy Ghost, and I walk in God’s perfect will every day.

I declare that I am more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37). My body is invigorated with supernatural strength, and I am energized by the power of the Holy Spirit. Sickness has no power over me because I have taken hold of eternal life. I am not moved by symptoms or circumstances because my faith is the victory that overcomes the world (1 John 5:4). I live in victory every day. Hallelujah!
No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against me in judgment is condemned (Isaiah 54:17). I am in Christ; therefore, no plague or disease comes near my dwelling (Psalm 91:10). My body is immunized against every sickness because the life of God is in me.
