7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.
8 (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.)
9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?
12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?
13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.
16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.

God is launching you into the depth of favour today. Divine favour is the spiritual covering that you need for advancement and it will immunize you from wastage by the enemy. When you are in the envelope of God’s favour, He will continue to fight your battles and He will station you as a glorious specimen in the landscape of life.
God will use fools to mesmerize those who think they are wise. God will convert your life to an arithmetic that the devil cannot solve, in the name of Jesus. Divine favour is also called divine lubrication. Divine favour is for God to promote you above others. It is a divine privilege upon your life. Divine favour is the conferment of honour upon you. Divine favour ensures open heavens for you all the time, irrespective of your circumstances. It is what we call saintly regards. Heaven will give you regards. When the favour of God is upon you, you have what is called preferential treatment from heaven.

God told Lot, “Get out of the city of Sodom and Gomorrah, look not behind thee”, but the man was reluctant. The angel laid hold on him and dragged him out. He was saved, but his wife looked back and she became a pillar of salt. The same Sodom and Gomorrah that God warned Lot and his wife not to look back on, Abraham was standing somewhere afar off looking at it, and he did not turn to a pillar of salt. Today’s text reveals the mystery of favour. God’s favour is often lavished upon people who feel they do not merit divine attention. As far as the call into favour is concerned, it is not for the mighty. I pray that, today, the Lord will confer upon you supernatural favour with Himself and all men. Favour will balance and perfect the equation of your life, in Jesus’ name.
